Wow, it’s been so long since I posted! I’ll make it up to you though, promise :) I’ll start off by showing you my Easter egg nail designs I wore during the break.

Another gift (man I’m working for free a lot, but hey its the season of giving right?) for my friend Jennings, her character ‘Horris’ designed when doing the first brief of this year. Its become her little mascot and I thought she would love to always have him by her side ^_^
We met on Tuesday, with another friend, to catch up since we went on Christmas holiday, ate at Cafe Rouge, watched the 2nd Sherlock Holmes movie, which I thought was terrible & worst yet it was captioned for the hard of hearing so the first scene read e.g [crowd chattering][boy shouts][dogs barking in the distance], as well as giving away things like a disguised man walks on scene, [Sherlock: hello] >_> FFS!
By the time the movie was finished we walked out into the darkness & went to visit the Paperchase in Tottenham Court Road, since its collosal, of course i would want to own that store, especially as you go up the floors and it then becomes a boutique & then a art store, the paper is to die for! <3
Hehe just wanted to reblog the most amazing Christmas present ever- a mini Horris to carry with me always, lovingly handmade by my friend Vic :)
Btw, I was completely blown away by that Paperchase in Tottenham Court Road, I wanted to buy the entire paper section!
The nail polish I wore for New Years- the base is Natural Collection’s Winter Moon, & the top coat is Barry M’s limited edition nail paint which I currently looovvvvee :)
Hehe I know it’s a bit late, but here’s the Christmas cake I made :) do you like the little Santa & snowman XD
Nail of the week! I used Barry M’s Vivid Purple as a base, then put on some layers of limited edition Silver Glitter :)

Haha I just noticed my last ‘nail of the week’ colour matches my logo XD I guess that shows how much I like mint green :)
Anyway, more exciting news- just set up a website that shows my graphic design work, plus some photographs & illustrations :D sooo excited about this! I still have a few changes to make, but I wanted to put it up asap!
Ok, I’m excited- I designed a new logo & I love the colours I used! I plan to extend my ‘brand’ using the dots :D incase you are wondering, I’m applying for internships soon & I wanted a logo!
I notice how tumblr cuts off my logo to make a semi circle- hhmmm I actually like this, maybe I should change it to be a semi circle?!

As you can probably tell from my recently published posts, I am a little (just a tad) obsessed with my Horris the owl character! So much in fact, that I am thinking of writing & illustrating a book about him :D I hope to start this fairly soon, so keep an eye out for any updates :)
These are the final characters my friend & I designed :D I created the 4th, 5th, 7th & 8th ones! Also, don’t you just love the logo?! XD we called our company ‘kahoots’ as we were ‘working in partnership’ with the BBC & The O2. We spelt it with ’k’ to make it unique, & we added the owl to represent education & wisdom, as the whole project was aimed at 11-16 year olds on a school trip
